Most Americans love to barbecue, get outdoors and relax. If you think about it, most of us work indoors all day behind a computer or on the phone. Even builders and landscapers design their projects on the computer these days. Banking, budgeting, writing, and communicating are all indoor activities. People are looking for an excuse to get outside! Back when people worked outside all day, the idea of cooking inside was probably very appealing. Anyway, “grilling” outside or over an open flame was just how things were done. In modern day society, we spend thousands of dollars on patios and grills just to create an outdoor experience. Our mission is to find ways to make cool grills, smokers, stone ovens and teach you how to build them. If we find internet resources that already offer plans and ideas, we’re going to review them on this website.
